Would this be an additional effect, or would it replace the current effect? -- Gordon Ecker 00:29, 23 July 2008 (UTC)

Probably a replacement, but it does not really matter, the central idea is that Crude Swing unconditionally strike every foe and Yeti Smash conditionally strikes a limited amount of foes but without the painful downside. 90.58.60.173 01:03, 23 July 2008 (UTC)
Crude Swing does not unconditionally strike every foe, it can be blocked or miss. And if it was a replacement, it would arguably be a nerf, as it would lose the 1...16...20 armor ignoring bonus damage to the primary target, and the conditional unblockable 5...41...50 armor ignoring damage to secondary targets would be replaced with marginally higher non-armor ignoring even more conditional blockable damage to secondary targets (as well as conditional adrenaline gain). -- Gordon Ecker 01:27, 23 July 2008 (UTC)
And adding conditional secondary targets to the current version of Yeti Smash would make it overpowered due to the splash damage stacking with the direct hit damage. -- Gordon Ecker 06:58, 23 July 2008 (UTC)
Since Crude Swing can potentially strike everyone in range with a big downside, Yeti Smash would hit less enemies assuming you fulfil the condition. While your points are perfectly valid, they do not distract from that concept. They are details that should taken care of but I was proposing an idea, not a precise rebalance. 90.58.60.173 09:56, 23 July 2008 (UTC)
Still, I think it's a bit too vague and ambiguous. -- Gordon Ecker 04:52, 31 July 2008 (UTC)
