This would take ANet way too long to get right, obviously because they have no sporting background, and other companies like EA will outclass this by a mile. (Terra Xin 02:50, 12 July 2008 (UTC))

- Are you saying that Arenanet shouldn't do things just because no one else did it before? And obviously, I didn't mean for it to compete with the FIFA franchise. - I only agree in that it would be nice to have some more active festival events in the game, to include some kind of sport, but would like for it to be something we haven't seen before. Guild wars is supposed to be about another world and time to a certain extent, so having a sporting event from the real world in the fantasy world doesn't seem to flow very well.--209.194.208.116 21:45, 31 December 2008 (UTC)
