There already is an NPC added in an update, but it costs REAL money... Guys, I get you need to make money too, but at least give us the option of paying in-game cash. I don't have a credit card, and even if I did, I wouldn't pay real money for something digital. I have to pay something like 12 euros to change a couple of variables on ANet's servers, and that's just mean. And having to pay real money to change your character's name is even worse, because that's just one variable.

I doubt they'll change it in GW2, because it's a smart way to make money for them, no matter how unfair it is.
