Just make a "add new words" thing. Anythin w/ words xx in it, dont show that... --User:Frvwfr2 frvwfr2 (talk · contributions) 03:43, 17 June 2008 (UTC)

I kinda have to agree. I don't think a chat filter would work, but I agree on the part that I'm also worried about the mature part of the game. Since there is no monthly fees or any real age restriction, there will be kids. I can only hope that it'll be good. I started the game over three years ago and I'm a huge fan of the game, but this will be one of my most conserned thing about Guild Wars. Just yesterday I, for a loong loong time, logged in to see what's going on. The first thing I saw was someone asking for a girlfriend. Ehh, right. Logged off. --88.115.117.120 14:28, 22 June 2008 (UTC)

What about "mature" servers. You require people to type in their age when they sign up, then have servers that are for people 25+. 70.51.138.150 20:23, 21 July 2008 (UTC)

I know this idea would never work out, but I just hate turning off all chat because it makes me feel like I am defeating the purpose of playing a MMO...--Fox427 User-EliteDarkFox sig.png05:54, 30 July 2008 (UTC)

Admittedly I will once and a while mess with peoples heads when I'm in an outpost, but its usually in places where the only chat going on is trade chat. Usually I just try to be funny or type funny quotes and see who gets where there from. And I try to use proper grammar and punctuation. However, I certainly would like to see a little more in character chat going on (not too much in character mind you), and less of the crap you were talking about. But I don't see how a you could get this to work. As far as 25+ (or whatever) servers go, how do you make sure that anyone is telling the truth about their age? I really don't think there is a proper solution. Pity.--Will Greyhawk 13:01, 11 August 2008 (UTC)
