Well, I like it, but its sort of impossible

I would love to see this. It is very easy to add a vote feature into the game. I've seen it done in free to play FPS before(to kick players). I'm pretty sure Anet could pull it off. Figuring out how often elections could be held and how to narrow the field should be would be very important. Maybe only members of highly ranked guilds or something like that. Heck for that matter have it vote not just on a person in the Senate but a guild. Maybe give these members special benefits like improved drop rates and special cape designs/edging/whatever.
