33% less energy from 5 energy skills will probably still be 1 energy, and on 10 energy skills its 3 energy. so your buff is an EXTREMLY small one. with something like 25%+1, then 5=2 and 10=3 76.26.189.65 22:20, 3 April 2008 (UTC)

33% less on 5 energy skills would round to 3, just. 30% would still round to 4. --Ckal Ktak 21:31, 20 April 2008 (UTC)
I wonder how broken a 15% IAS would be... it'll never happen, but it'd be fun to watch for a week --Kalas Silvern 11:46, 12 June 2008 (UTC)
Well u got your IAS, but as it is it's a rather weak elite. 25% IAS AND IMS isn't half bad, but the fact that it's an enchantment (and thus easily strippable) is bad. Also the fact that you need 1s to cast this will reduce the increased pressure to nearly nothing! I liked the old elite, it had potential, it was just not good enough. I think Kalas was right to just add a small IAS to the previous skill, that way this might be a good pressure skill 62.194.247.7 20:29, 12 August 2008 (UTC)
Ironic that I've pretty much abandoned guild wars due to being annoyed at the balance (and onslaught was a step in the right direction, just not enough of one), and still people are agreeing with me... well, hope they get better again, they almost got GvG right, aside from the whole "most proffesions still optional/not viable normally" problem. I digress though, thanks for the agreement, and it'll be... interesting... to see where they go from here. --Kalas Silvern 07:10, 4 September 2008 (UTC)
33% off attack skills would be a good buff for this. It would work well with all those skilless spamming attacks dervs have... possibly too well. However, it could work since 10Energy ones would still cost 7Energy, though it might work better just to have a flat -1 to the cost instead (might then need a recharge reduction to go with it).
P.S. Lol, you can't use WS with this anyway. Oops. :-)
The latest update is a step in the right direction and I'm glad they took things more carefully instead of overbuffing it, but it needs more to compete, especially with other overpowered dervish skills out there (though they should be nerfed rather than buffing this up) - i.e. Wounding Strike and Wounding Strike II. :-).
