I don't think I'd use it personally. I have made another suggestion a while back, which was: make the damage is deals armor-ignoring. That way, it will deal decent damage to melee characters and the extra effect is a nice bonus.

Or make the damage it deals equal to let's say Stone Daggers, so it will be worth using, and the effect is offset by a higher recharge. That is the way I'd go, but it is of course not neccesarily the best way. Nicky Silverstar 08:52, 10 March 2008 (UTC)

I really laughed out loud when I saw complaints on this. This has awesome synergy with Stoning. Which is better: KD an attacker, then blind, or just blind? I see no need to buff this, since I do use it in RA, to great effect. StatMan 06:44, 27 December 2008 (UTC)

It's an inefficiënt combo, because you need 3 skills to achieve blindness (and on a side note, why blind something that is weakened already?). Steam only requries 2 skills to apply blind, Blinding Flash only requires 1 skill. 145.94.74.23 07:29, 16 April 2009 (UTC)
Yes, but having the ability to KD and blind is nicer than just the ability to blind. I wasn't using stoning JUST for this skill, but with this skill. I would use stoning on spell casters too, or someone that was kiting. Sure, it isn't a snare, but they do stop moving for 2 seconds. StatMan 14:31, 7 July 2009 (UTC)
