The problem is if this was buffed too much it could very easily become overpowered. Right now you can get yourself just (10 points) under half exhausted and use this to full up your energy. Then use up all but 5 of that energy while the 10 extra points you gained wear off and hit it again. If you're an ele with lots of ES and a big energy pool (e.g. 80), you could be getting 40+ points every 30 seconds at the cost of halving your energy pool. Now, that's not worth a penny since it's only equivelent to normal energy regen, but with "Live for Today" and "Seize the Day" you could have easily over 100 or more energy and with 120 energy you could get 60 every 30 seconds, which equals 6 points of regen. Again, for an elite that's not too powerful, especially with the horrible 2 second cast time, but buff it too much and it could get nasty (as Nuke said, 1s cast should be enough). Just thought I should point that out.

Change entire skill
