A stronger change would be to make this a touch skill, forcing the primary Mesmer to the front line temporarily and making secondary Mesmer's use this skill defensively. 87.74.2.168 10:06, 11 April 2008 (UTC)

The solution proposed is to make it counter skills like Shadow Form, but Signet of Disenchantment does that already. I'd much rather see Shatter Storm elite become a Signet to counter its huge downside and give it a useful function.
