There is so much degen in pvp these days that healing breeze is definatly not worth 10 energy for a monk. Even at plus 8 pips your allies will probably still be in the negative. This would be fine as long as the cost is only 5 energy and if its put in divine favor it would stop melee from abusing the skill by putting it on themselves and then attacking for 15 seconds. Monks need at least 1 regen skill that is bar worthy. (24.159.244.248 06:38, 6 February 2009 (UTC)).
