Why change the meta simply for the sake of changing the meta? Changing a skill because it's broken or underpowered is fine. Changing a skill simply because it's used alot, even though it has notable downsides, is not. 76.89.94.179 21:58, 19 October 2008 (UTC)

So you want condition stacks to be as broken as hex stacks? No thanks. If you lose to an RC monk just because of RC, you shouldn't be pvping. Interrupt it. Divert it. Humility it. Spike something else. ~Shard User Shard Sig Icon.png 22:43, 19 October 2008 (UTC)
Agreed with Shard. This is perfectly balanced, it is target OTHER ally. Spike the RC monk while someone else uses Wail of Doom on the WoH/HB monk. OP needs to learn some tactics, seriously. Stop requesting pointless nerfs because the OP is bad.
Actually, in fairness to the OP all s/he said was that it kills condition pressure and can heal for more than WoH, which doesn't necessarily mean it's just someone who hates RC because they can't beat it. However, while I personally believe that this spoils skillful use of covered conditions and that you might want to tone it down to try and combat power creep (I think quite a few things should be toned down 'cos of power creep so it wouldn't be so much of a nerf to any single skill as a slight general decrease in the level of power), the proposed change is probably too much - certainly, you'll get a lot of hate for it. Personally, all I might do is put the recharge up to 3 or so and maybe tweak down the heals a bit, but that would be it. Bear in mind that this is target other only and is very vulnerable to Signet of Humility (all condition pressure teams should bring an SoH).
