Doesn't need that much of a nerf, at most I would increase the recharge to 6 seconds.

I think you should follow the theme of magebane. These all are good against enchanted foes, so I think it should be something like Distracting Shot with 5 recharge and unblockable by enchanted foes.Crimmastermind 00:33, 12 October 2008 (UTC)
