This skill used to be decent when "Shields Up!" used to block projectile attacks. Now however, it fails miserably.Crimmastermind

indeed. It needs to actually do what it's called. just have the "splinter" range to adjacent so it doesn't utterly maul with Splinter Weapon.--66.192.104.13 13:21, 11 May 2009 (UTC)
