I haven't seen Assassins with this, mainly because they would need to stay there a bit longer to actually get this off on someone. If it really is a problem I guess it could be changed but I don't see it as a problem. Even with daggers, it would take a good 11 or so seconds to build the adrenaline since daggers don't have IAS. An assassin staying that long on someone is going to get linebacked or the target protted.--Life Infusion «T» 14:54, 8 March 2008 (UTC)
- Uncoordinated Daze sucks in GvG. If you could reliably capitalize on one guy being Dazed at a relatively random time, it would be great... but you can't, so 7 Adrenaline wouldn't make this any more viable for 8v8. This skill is just fine for Arenas. I've gotten plenty of Glad points running it. There's only one monk, so don't be bad and interrupt either Guardian or quarterbreak a RoF. It's really not that bad of a skill. --TimeToGetIntense 15:52, 8 March 2008 (UTC)
- There are many ways to build 7 adrenaline on Sword Warrior (i.e. "For Great Justice!"). Moreover use of this skill requires coordination. Just hit RC Monk in Guardian and cover it with Bleeding to give hard time to their defense. You are splitting? Hit Rt's in Weapon of Warding to score a kill (I know, Bulls->Shock->Disrupting owns). --Edi 16:30, 10 March 2008 (UTC)
- Daze is only good when you can Daze both Monks at the same time pretty frequently and reliably. You can't be like "OK I SKULL CRACKED THE RC MONK NOW DAZE THE OTHER ONE QUICK!" because all of the skills that can daze are conditional and can't be applied on such short notice. Since Skull Crack has to interrupt something you can't time it with other daze skills and since the other daze skills take some time to set up, you can't use them to capitalize on a successful Skull Crack.
- On split, well if you split a Warrior offensively they will send back something offensive to deal with it and Skull Crack probably won't help out in that case.
- If the adrenaline cost is lowered I don't think it will make this a solid skill, but if it's lowered too much I think it will become overpowered. I see it as a dangerous skill to buff and really, I don't think the way it works is viable in 8v8. --TimeToGetIntense 12:12, 11 March 2008 (UTC)
- You can always back up Skull Crack Warrior with BHA Ranger ;].-- Edi 17:51, 14 March 2008 (UTC)
- So then when you land your Skull Crack you need to tell him to land BHA on the other Monk. Honestly, between bow attack speed, flight time, the chance it will be dodged, the fact that a BHA Ranger needs to get in pretty close range, that's not a reliable strategy. --TimeToGetIntense 06:29, 19 March 2008 (UTC)

- The 1 second recharge made me laugh. Skull Crack is fine the way it is. ~Shard (talk) 03:14, 1 May 2008 (UTC)
- If assassins and dervishes using Skull Crack aren't a problem, I think this skill should stay unlinked or be moved to Tactics. -- Gordon Ecker 05:11, 24 May 2008 (UTC)
- Skill's already an underrated gem in arenas. In fact, it's amazing in arenas. I don't think it needs change at all. Pluto 00:36, 10 October 2008 (UTC)

come on this is too simple to fix!
- move it to strength
- 7a if this attack hits TARGET Foe is dazed for 0(yes that is a frikin Zero!)...7...11 seconds
the 0 dazed duration at Zero rank of strength makes it uselss to Sins and Dervs and since the daze only effects the TARGET FOE, you can Scythe it all you want your not ganna daze the two hobos whom are hugging the monk for questionable reasons70.6.11.30 09:51, 1 January 2009 (UTC)Auron Bushi
- The problem is that as a melee attack skill this is too easy to abuse with a scythe, not just daggers (daggers give you fast charging, but a scythe gives you reasonable fast charging if you hit multiple foes, and the opportunity to inflict AoE daze).
