This skill isn 't a skill that should be ran in PvP. This is clearly a PvE skill. As a PvE skill its awesome to combine with cyclone and whirling attack and a zealous axe and a rit with splinter. Running this in PvP would be like running Searing flames in 1 vs 184.196.72.19 18:51, 20 August 2008 (UTC)

Either way, this needs a buff. As it is it's not much better than Hundred Blades, and that's bad (or at least, for an elite).

This isn't good enough for PvE due to the recharge. If it was a PvE skill then it would be buffed and labeled as PvE-only.
