Usefulness of this category?
I've been thinking on this category for a long time. I have never saw it as useful except to find, buried throughout, the obscure gw-universe-unique-job articles such as golemancer and redemptor.
As such, having not found this category or its sub-categories useful (but in fact annoying and tedious) in about 5 years now, I am proposing a major overhaul. The outcome being simple: Instead of listing members of an occupation, list the occupations themselves, such as the two links I listed above. The primary issue about this would be number of items within the category to merit its survival. Though there are likely to be potential articles to make out of the occupations which are not blatantly obvious (e.g., "priest" or "merchant") or mechanical in nature (e.g., rare material trader), but I would find, even if it only lists two or three articles, that listing the actual occupations rather than those of an occupation would be far more helpful and useful.

- If there are no objections to my previous post by Halloween (giving so much time for more chance of people to chim in though I doubt it'll happen), I'll go ahead and make the moves - aside from the two linked above, I've also found reaver. Wish I can find more (I'm sure there's more worth articles which aren't made yet though). Konig/talk 17:25, 21 October 2011 (UTC)
