Feedback:User/Auntmousie/Guild Travel Agent

Traveling to Eye of the North towns has really exacerbated a problem I've always had with the map-travel mechanic. If I'm in (say) Great Temple of Balthazar, with my guildie and three heroes apiece, and want to go to (say) Rata Sum, I either have to route through Kaineng City and then Boreal Station, or else temporarily kick two heroes and go through Lion's Arch. Or if we're going to Vabbi, well, then we need to separate (or kick four heroes) and go through Kamadan, Jewel of Istan. I'm sorry, but this is silly.

My suggestion: A "Guild Travel Agent" that each guild can purchase for the Guild Hall, who will take you to any city you have visited before - with the usual "some members of your party have not been there, you will be separated" caveats. That way, I can get from point A to point B, no matter where they are, just by stopping by my Guild Hall - which I do half the time anyway because it has all the other services I spent exorbitant amounts of gold on.

Personally, I'd pay 10 or 50 or even 100 plat for that convenience. I bet a lot of other people would, too. It's an instant gold sink. Sure it would require some coding but not all that much. If there's a downside I'm sure not seeing it.

(Historical Note: I posted this suggestion on my own talk page before this portal was created, and I respectfully resubmit it here.)
