Dishonor:
The Dishonorable status remains in effect for 15 seconds for each accumulated dishonor point.

Players who leave a PvP match prematurely will receive 20 dishonor points, identical to the duration of presently-specified 5.

Dishonor points will remain on the player's account for a total of 3 minutes. If further dishonor points are acquired during this period, that account is once-again given the Dishonorable status for a longer period of time. To clear dishonor points from an account, a player must go 3 minutes without accumulating any new dishonor points.

Resigning restrictions:
The /resign and /giveup commands are not available for the first 4 minutes of PvP matches.

Changes summary:
15 seconds of Dishonorable status for each of its received point instead of the formerly-imposed 1 minute duration increment.
Dishonor points are now cleared from the player's account after 3 minutes, instead of the earlier 60 minutes specification.
Resigning is now possible after the first 4 minutes of PvP match have passed instead of the previously-required 5 minutes interval.
