Dodge Dodge[edit]

5 Energy30 Recharge time Stance. For 5...9...10 seconds, you move 33% faster and have a 27...65...75 chance to block incoming projectiles. Dodge ends if you attack.

Proposed:[edit]

5 Energy15 Recharge time Stance. For 3...7...8 seconds, the next attack skill used against you misses. If an attack skill misses you, Dodge recharges instantly. This skill is disabled for 10...8...7 seconds. Dodge ends if you attack.


Makes Dodge actually dodge things. The functionality of this skill is really supposed to be "If an attack skill misses you, Dodge recharges 5 to 8 seconds faster." I was trying to fit this in to current mechanics, but I'm not sure if I did it right. If the instant recharge would make Dodge recharge despite the disable, this wouldn't work as intended - I want Dodge to recharge right after the disable, if an attack misses the user (including if one misses during the disable).

5 Energy2 Activation time12 Recharge time Elite Preparation. Your arrows strike for +5...14...16. When your arrows hit, adjacent foes take 5...14...16 damage and suffer from Bleeding for 3...13...15 seconds. Ends after 8...14...15 attacks.


An elite alternative to Ignite Arrows.



Marksman's Wager Marksman's Wager[edit]

5 Energy2 Activation time24 Recharge time Elite Preparation. For 18 seconds, you gain 5...9...10 Energy whenever your arrows hit, but lose 10 Energy whenever your arrows fail to strike.

Proposed:[edit]

5 Energy2 Activation time12 Recharge time Elite Preparation. Your arrows deal +8...16...18 damage and you gain 3...7...8 Energy whenever your arrows hit. If you fail to hit, this Preparation ends. Ends after 8...14...15 attacks.


Damage and energy - but easily countered. Would make for good single-target damage in PvE combined with Asura Scan.



Oath Shot Oath Shot[edit]

10 Energy25 Recharge time Elite Bow Attack. If Oath Shot hits, all of your skills except Oath Shot are recharged. If it misses, all of your skills are disabled for 10 seconds. (50% miss chance with Expertise 7 or less.)

10 Energy½ Activation time15 Recharge time Elite Bow Attack. If Oath Shot hits, it interrupts target foe's action. If that action was a skill, Oath Shot recharges instantly. If it does not interrupt a skill, all of your skills are disabled for 10...4...3 seconds.


Always have an interrupt available - if you can use it properly.



Zojun's Haste Zojun's Haste[edit]

5 Energy10 Recharge time Stance. For 1...4...5 seconds, you move 33% faster and your attack speed is increased by 33%. Zojun's Haste ends if you hit with an attack skill.


Changed from a Dodge-clone to prevent chaining of the new Dodge suggestion. This skill could be used as a speed boost and to either increase attack speed for use with Preparations or boost the speed of a single attack skill.
