PvE suggestion: Repeating Strike 5 ½ 0 Off-Hand Attack. Must follow an off-hand attack. If it hits, this attack strikes for +10...26...30 damage. If it misses, it takes an additional 15 seconds to recharge.

PvP suggestion: Repeating Strike 5 1 0 Off-Hand Attack. Must follow an off-hand attack. If it hits, this attack strikes for +10...26...30 damage. If it misses, it takes an additional 15 seconds to recharge.

This is a very underpowered skill that isn't worth taking because completing chains is more important than spamming what is essentially a melee Flare. Giving this skill a short activation time would actually make it an attractive alternative to standard chains.
