Leave the Tourney quest-chain the way it is, but anytime a player enters with a Ritualist primary or secondary: → Replace Magni as the "end Boss" with a beefed up R/Me Version of Warmaster Tydus who Fires 2x as fast, uses 
Fragility, 
Spiritual Pain, and only Targets the player and not their spirits. This should help redistribute the difficulty of this quest equally against all Classes.
...then give it a few months and see how many factions owning players still think this quest is "easy".
...Better yet, bring back Dizhou too & put her near Magni in Gunnar's, with a short questionaire about it.

Suggestion: break - it - up → into smaller quests
As it stands, it's both longer and more difficult than any [Solo] Master Diff quest in the game.
Round 1: Fight!, AKA: "the Norn Fighting Tournament" is an aberration in that it's the only EotN quest with 3 whole skills locked behind a very difficult final objective behind 5 totally random opponents. Nothing of value would be lost if the Six rounds or objectives comprising this mini-mission were split up.
Even the original street fighter(2) didn't make you restart the entire tournament after 1 loss. As a matter of fact, it let you choose different fighters (builds) between losses. Simply breaking up the rounds in pairs would fix nearly all of the frustration and class-imbalance issues caused by this quest... without needing any additional work to actually fix the route causes of those issues.
