Feedback:User/Kairu/Allow users to use their own textures.

One of the features I have been looking for, and have been thinking about for a long while, is a way to replace textures in real time.

A feature similar to Texmod, however completely integrated into the in game UI. If you are unfamiliar with Texmod, it hooks directly into DirectX, and replaces textures as they are displayed. This allows users to change the UI theme, add spirit lines, have health markers. It also allows users to change textures applied to character models, such as changing the look of a pet or their characters armor. I can see the UI portion being more useful.

Along with this, the features of exporting textures, and building packages could also be implemented through the use of command line arguments. -export for direct selection of the textures and -build "<path to folder>" for building packages.

A simple sub-folder "Mods" could be the storage place for modifications. Of course in game settings would allow a user to select or deselect mods they want active.

I am not suggesting that anything but the textures be changed.

I am sure many texture modders out there would appreciate this, and the mod users would like not needing to use a third party application in order to use their mods.
