- So, heroes are getting removed from PvP. That is good. Now axe them from "Hard Mode" PvE too, because they are just as bad there.
- In fact, do the same as you did in PvP. Let people turn in their favorite builds for their heroes and pick the most promising out to replace the fully customizable abominations with that make PvE a joke now.
- This should, together with obliterating PvE skills and removing party-wide consumables from the game, make "Hard Mode" a lot more challenging again. People will again team up with other people because there will be a reason for it. Why would you team up with people who can leave, overaggro, bring terrible skills, or pay no attention, when you can use heroes who just do all the combat for you?
- PvE in this game is bad. Enemies do not ignore minions, spirits, or other summoned creatures, so you can just create 15 of them each combat and clog the field with cannon fodder. Add superior reflexes, knowing which creature has which hex and enchantment at any time, and being able to essentially combo with yourself, and you know heroes make PvE rediculously easy.
- Now Anet will probably not listen to me, because they always listen to the whines or terrible players who want to keep their godmode, their homing nukes, their 10-minute Quad Damage, and their aimbots, but I have enough of the legal cheating that is in the game to make sure everyone can grind for more meaningless titles.
