This promotes multi-paragon teams and does nothing for balanced ones[edit]
Chorus of Restoration 4 1 10 Chant. For 10 seconds, the next time each ally within earshot uses a shout or chant, that ally is healed for 8...20...23 Health. Allies not under the effects of an echo are healed for 15...39...45.
- lowers imbalance of multi-paragons.
- makes it useful with 1 paragon teams, giving partywide heals to single paragon teams.
- in line with Aria of Restoration (half the heal with about half the recharge, and it's conditional on no echo so it doesn't stack with Finale of Restoration)
Compare to
- TNTF = 60/20 ~1.5 regen ; damage reduction; PVE only
- Aria of Restor (Spells) = 90/20 = 4.5/sec ~2.3regen
- Ballad of Restor (on damage)= 75/20 ~ 1.9 regen
- Chorus of Restor (on shout/chant)= 90/ 4adrenaline + 5 recharge --> hence the change
- Finale of Restor (echo)= 75 on shout/chant end (up to 3 people if single paragon and no Enduring Harmony)
- Mending refrain (echo)= +3regen (up to 3 people if single paragon and no Enduring Harmony)
- Song of restor (on skill use)= 110/20 = 2.3 regen --> needs buff (proposed)

- "not under an echo" clause is to prevent abuse of Energizing Finale and Finale of Restoration
Alternate, spammy version for more energy[edit]
Chorus of Restoration 4 0.25 4 Chant. For 10 seconds, the next time each ally within earshot uses a shout or chant, that ally is healed for 4...10...12 Health. Allies not under the effects of an echo gain 8...20...23 health.
- 3 seconds for 4 adrenaline under Soldier's Fury
- 4.5 seconds for 4 adrenaline with Aggressive Refrain ; 2.25 under For Great Justice/high spec Focused Anger
- heal investment is less autoattacks so this would lead to much less spear DPS than the first suggestion
