Make tickets won or lost toggle-able

When players participate in Nine Rings and Rings of Fortune blue-green text alerts them every time they win or lose tickets. There is no way to turn this off. This makes it difficult to read alliance chat, whisper people or see other chat lines, especially if the user isn't giving their full attention to Guild Wars. Users need to laboriously scroll through text that they likely don't care about. If this text could be be put into emotes or team, it would be easy to toggle off when they don't care to read it, and to see it when they wish to.
