You can only have one Flesh Golem at a time and the Golem cannot lose more than 20% of its maximum health from a single spell or attack."

Suggestion A takes into account the name of the skill - since it is a Flesh Golem, it would make sense for it to cause conditions that only fleshy creatures can suffer.
Suggestion B turns the Golem into what its current functionality intended it to be - the Necromancer's recyclable tank minion. The addition of axe skills to the Golem will facilitate use of Barbs, Mark of Pain, and Withering Aura as well as skills from other professions.
In both cases, clauses were added to increase the minion's survivability and keep it from being easily killed by skills like Consume Soul and Banishing Strike.
