25 2 15 Half-Range Hex Spell. (2 seconds). Target foe is struck for 10...50...60 damage and loses all hexes. This foe loses one enchantment (maximum 0...2...2) for each hex lost in this way. After 2 seconds, 1...2...2 nearby foe[s] are hexed with Crystal Wave. The same foe cannot be struck more than once.
