Feedback:User/Ravencroft0/Giving Energy Storage Some Attention

I've been looking at Glimmering Mark and Second Wind, and I don't understand why these skills aren't categorized as being Energy Storage skills.

Looking at Glimmering Mark, it doesn't do lightning damage, there's no armor penetration, and it doesn't cause blind, weakness, or other conditions air magic causes.

And Second Wind doesn't even have an attribute. Its ability to give back energy seems like it would go with energy storage nicely.

Thus, I suggest switching both to Energy Storage. Energy storage has little to no damage dealing skills, save for Energy Blast, and it's somewhat common knowledge that Air Magic has an overabundance of Elites anyway. Just as true, nearly all energy storage skills are elites as well, but giving energy storage some more damage skills could open up new ways you can play an Elementalist. And Second Wind seems like it could use some new friends to play around with.

Also to suit the change to Energy Storage and to make use of its elite status, its function could change from:

Second Wind Second Wind Overcast 5 Energy2 Activation time5 Recharge time Elite Spell. You gain 1 Energy for each point of Energy lost due to Exhaustion. You are Exhausted.

to:

Second Wind Second Wind Overcast 5 Energy2 Activation time5 Recharge time Elite Spell. You gain 1..2 Energy for each point of Energy lost due to Exhaustion. You are Exhausted.

The energy gain is based on 15 point progression. The exhaustion is still there in order to keep the skill balanced.
