Snowball is the most imbalanced of PvP festival arenas, but gets its own tournament support?

Costume Brawl deserves it a lot more than Snowball does, since the environment of CB is more natural and balanced than that of Snowball. Also, it's probably the closest thing that there is in-game to Sealed Deck without actually being Sealed Deck.
