When a player has points slotted into attributes such as Expertise, Divine Favor, Fast Casting, Strength, or Spawning Power, adjustments that these attributes would have on the skills on the skill bar should be more visible. As an example, a Ranger with 13 Expertise with a 5 energy skill would instead read it as costing 2 energy. Attributes like Strength, Divine Favor, or Spawning Power would just cause there to be extra text, like, "This skill has X% armor penetration," or, "target ally is healed for an additional Y health."
To signify the change, whatever skill text is changed or added should probably be in a different color, and I would suggest a light blue. Ideally, this feature could be toggled in case different players did or did not want this enabled.
