Weapon Spell. For 0...8...10 seconds, target ally has a Wailing Weapon. Whenever the Wailing Weapon strikes an attacking foe, that foe is interrupted. Wailing Weapon ends after 0...4...5 attacks.
- make it more use able by reducing recharge, but limit it to a small amount of interrupts
