- Elite Hex Spell. For 1...3...4 seconds, whenever target foe attacks, Spiteful Spirit deals 5...57...70 shadow damage to that foe and all adjacent allies of that foe. If target foe uses a skill, Spiteful Spirit deals 10...74...90 shadow damage to that foe and all adjacent allies of that foe. If a skill is used while target foe is hexed, you gain 0...2...3 energy, and Spiteful Spirit's cooldown is reduced by 0...1...1 second.
Makes SS more rewarding in shorter bursts while making hex removals less effective due to short duration. Rewards proper timing with some energy replenishment.
