I don't know if the corgi will be able to be a "combat" dog because of it's size. Perhaps since Queen Elizabeth had a corgi Queen Jennah should have one too? And I love dogs too :) I want a dachshund. --Eclipse143 22:37, 7 April 2011 (UTC)

Corgis, and effectively any other small cat-in-a-dog-suit type animals aren't viable as a Ranger companion. And as far as any other breed goes; for one thing, we don't know what kinds are already being included, and secondly each breed added would take time away from other areas of GW2 development.--Will Greyhawk 23:30, 10 April 2011 (UTC)

Perhaps it takes too much time now, but it would be worth considering for a future patch in Guild Wars 2 later.
