You forget Guild wars 2 already will have gods. The norn have thier animal spirits, the asura have their eternal alchemy, the humans have the 6 true gods, charr have forsaken gods and magic, while the sylvari are too young and don't belive the gods exist at all. And I think each profession already respects one god more then another I.E. necromancers will bow to grenth, while warriors will bow to balthazaar, etc. 76.11.124.50
- Right, except that we don't know what the sylvari believe, beyond their "dreams". Satan, Christianity, Bhuddism, Catholicism (a subset of Christianity, I wonder how ignorant you are), and Islam do not exist anywhere on Tyria. Also, this would incite religion-based trolling and flaming on a higher scale than we already see in FA and JQ outposts on slow days. Just no. --Kyoshi (Talk) 20:58, 12 December 2009 (UTC)
- Not to mention, on a side note, the golden rule for religions in video/computer games is either to have an imagined religion (ala 6 gods Eternal Alchemy) or no religion whatsoever, (eg the Charr) this system is used simply to avoid things what Kyoshi tipped at. I lol'd. It's politically incorrect to implement such a thing. That is all I'm going to say about this. Dark Morphon 17:34, 5 January 2010 (UTC)
