Ok, though your specifics are sketchy, the general idea is actually a decent one. Which is odd, coming from you. Are you feeling well?--Will Greyhawk 17:19, 9 September 2010 (UTC)
I like this idea. So, if I understand this correctly, a cosmetic armor slot would allow for something like a headband or rabbit's foot necklace? If that's what you mean, it's a totally wicked awesome idea! Dash-X 01:17, 17 October 2010 (UTC)
GW1 has costume slots which function the same way. You'd just be adding more of them, while constantly having clipping issues with your already decorated armor. Teddy Dan, yo. 07:08, 29 November 2010 (UTC)
- Clipping issues are only an issue if the pieces are not designed with the other in mind. Items like belts and the like can actually be made "armor aware" in that they can change what mesh is used depending on the presence of a particular problematic piece of armor. Items that dangle (like a rabbit's foot) need only be we weighted so as to bump into other meshes, not go through them. I also see no problem in having such cosmetic pieces even match armors specifically to keep the look going even stronger.--Neithan Diniem 18:39, 18 December 2010 (UTC)
