Skill with a bad function. It needs modified, interrupting with attack skills would be a good change. I'd go with something along the lines of...

Warmonger's Weapon Warmonger's Weapon - 5 Energy1 Activation time10 Recharge time - Weapon Spell. For 2...8...10 seconds target other allies next attack skill deals 1...13...16 more damage and interrupts struck foe if activating a skill.~>Sins WDBUser The Sins We Die By Sig.png 18:53, 22 September 2009 (UTC)

The problem of your suggestion is that if the enemy is running or doing nothing you lose the effect of the weapon. Maybe put ...on a foe who is activating a non-attack skill... in this way for others prof the effect will be the same for the low duration of this weapon, while for the ritualists it will be more effecent with Spawning Power.Ciotto 21:59, 22 September 2009 (UTC)

the current version allows for mindless interrupts, at least by giving it a limited number of hits this helps prevent 20 seconds of shut down Talamare 01:30, 23 September 2009 (UTC)
