It could just be me but...i don't see why an assassin should take this skill if your suggestion would come into the game. Lou Wolfskin 01:38, 16 January 2010 (UTC)

Why do people take Glyph of Elemental Power? To be more powerful. Only differences is this applies to all assassin attributes, affects everything used under those attributes, and can be maintained for constant effect. User Weston Sig.pngWeston talk 04:42, 16 January 2010 (UTC)
I don't see that many ppl taking the glyph (except maybe some playing with Master of Magic) plus, this is an elite, i don't think that ppl want to use their elite for such a buff, at least, i surely wouldn't. It just doesn't look like a skill that's useful. Lou Wolfskin 10:00, 16 January 2010 (UTC)
Except this buff affects ALL skills that an assassin uses (provide that they're assassin skills) including but not limited to: Lead Attacks, Off-hand Attacks, Dual Attacks, Hex Spells, Enchantments, Regular Weapon Damage, Critical Strike chance, Critical Energy Gain..... etc. AND it's maintainable making it GoEPx10. User Weston Sig.pngWeston talk 10:51, 16 January 2010 (UTC)
Problem is, the higher the ranks in an attribute, the smaller the buff a skill gets. Sure, this could provide a nice buff, but still it's an elite and i don't think ppl would take GoEP if it were an elite. If i want more damage and a higher crit-rate with an assassin i take Way of the Assassin, sure no attribute-buff but at least i'm attacking faster at the same time and it's just as maintainable. I don't see why i should take the suggested change with an assassin, sorry, maybe i'm ignorant but i don't get what's so great about it. Lou Wolfskin 15:06, 17 January 2010 (UTC)
Yeah, nobody would use this. Despite that, there are some logistic problems - only dervishes have forms, it would allow non-assassins to have a rank in Critical Strikes. This would need to be moved to Critical Strikes and either have a scaling attribute boost (starting at 0) or scale the duration to start at 0. -~=Sparky User Sparky, the Tainted charr sig.PNG (talk) 15:21, 17 January 2010 (UTC)
Well, Masochism already gives non-necromancers access to Soul Reaping, and it has not broken the game. But I agree on this skill proposal being terrible. Koda User Koda Kumi UT.jpeg Kumi 16:36, 17 January 2010 (UTC)
But not Masochism (PvP). Consumables and shrine bonuses can already get you Soul Reaping (and any primary attribute) in PvE. -~=Sparky User Sparky, the Tainted charr sig.PNG (talk) 16:42, 17 January 2010 (UTC)
Why would it be a problem to give non-assassin primaries access to 2 ranks in Critical Strikes in PvP? Koda User Koda Kumi UT.jpeg Kumi 21:22, 18 January 2010 (UTC)
yeah concidering that rank 2 in C/S is only +2% in crit rate and no energy, anyways for is suggestion to work, it would need to have something else to it, while i agree that + attribute would be nice, that alone is not enough to be call elite, put either +ims, damage reduction (nothing game breaking), +crit rate, regen, or blocking with it. Any one of those things i would be happy with.--BobbyT User Talk: BobbyT 21:48, 18 January 2010 (UTC)
Here's a thought. Your assassin attributes are raised by 4/5... but you take the same amount of damage you put out. That way you can go in and kill somebody probably really easy but it's suicide (unless you are covered). PS didn't think of balance, just ideas. Previously Unsigned 09:54, 23 January 2010 (UTC)
IMS would be the best. But if you do that then it makes way for this and this To become kinda overpowered. 71.193.48.146 10:09, 23 January 2010 (UTC)

This suggestion is a joke. Dark Morphon 16:54, 1 February 2010 (UTC)
