Expose the Pimp Hat Conspiracy was formed on the following theory: While wearing pimpin' hats, NPCs are invulnerable in GW. Many different examples of this exists. One of these is the Vizier: While wearing his hat (in mortal guise) he seems all-powerful, but when not wearing a pimp hat(as a lich), he immediately reverts to a significantly less powerful form.
Recruitment
