The Noble Order of the Rakians was founded in March of 2008 by Havoc Wrecker (Will). His plan was to organize a group of people for elite GvG play... He quickly failed at that... Havoc Wrecker is an active Build Designer, and shows promise as a guild leader.
The Guild will be using a PvP style officer system, where every member is an offiver, as to allow all players to enter GvG fights. Unlike previously planned by Havoc, there is no member-pruning. All players should be amongst all players... If the guild gets too large, abandoned members will be pruned, but there is not a need for anything frequent.
Recruitment
All members of the guild will have the ability to recruit members as officers. All members of the guild will be premoted to officer as soon as Havoc logs back in.
