History
The Rainy Day Champions [RDC] started out as an offspring of our original guild The Dark Champions [TDC]! Stace and Ninjitsu Siren started the branch off from TDC naming it RDC to match the name is such a way. Zan Haler soon moved over to RDC from TDC along with a few others. For a while RDC and TDC lived fine in co-existance in the alliance. this stopped when TDC started to crumble and lost many of their most loyal officers to inactivity or they had left for other reasons. Soon Areku, TDC leader, gave up on the guild and left with one of his officers and friends Kane. Most of the loyal people moved to RDC and after recovering what was left of TDC into RDC we left the guilds alliance and it was never seen again. Stace, Nin and Zan were running this guild and were off running a steady 30+ member guild. We eventually moved into the DFW alliance and stayed there for a long time where we had made life long guild wars friends that stace and zan still keep in touch with. At that time though a couple of the guilds in that alliance were becoming annoyed with the leader of the alliance Bone. So RDC formed their own alliance with Dirt and NSQ who are still allied to this day, minus RDC.Though Soon after, NSQ left and joined a new alliance AND RDC went our on their own. With the help of the RDC officers we managed to become very known in the Guild wars community in different alliances, LOD being one of them.Shortly after a bunch of guys came into NSQ's vent and was looking for a guild to do PvP and this is where we meet Ducky.The man that did it all. He created heart and soul and hope into guildies in RDC that we thought would never happen. He also ditched us to make another guild and shortly after RDC left LOD and joined Ducky's alliance. (STACE TALKING)TODAY, we are together strong and outgoing, always willing to give up a fight. Ducky is still with us and we have a small but mighty alliance, although I might take a rain check and go out and make a new alliance since the old one is still running. Members, always welcome in the guild, its nice to have new faces and voices in vent.Officers, having a blast creating a guild that is over 2 years old. We've been through so much in the last few months too, with Nin(co-creator)leaving and the guild being wiped clean, its been a hard and winding road. I know this is the History section but I would like to thank everyone including Nin for making RDC what it is today. Please come join the fun and experience what Guild Wars is all about.
UPDATE!!! The RDC Alliance is running a full faction alliance with PvE on the side. Along with HA and AB not far behind the PvE based quests, the alliance is growing. With summer gone and kids back to school the guild and the alliance has gotten busier. It's strange because usually it's busy in the summer time and quiet during the winter. What ever works. The website is changing daily and Vent is getting busier as the days go by. I hope that in a few more months, the alliance will be full and active again like it was a year ago.
