To serve with Excellence is simply that. Excellent. No mission you face, no quest you embark on, will stop you and your Guild-Mates from achieving what it is you sought to accomplish from the very start.

Recruitment
Game Activity Members that are part of this guild should be actively playing the game. Without active players, our guild is as good as dead. My recommendation is that all members that are inactive for 20-30 days to be kicked with the exception of a reasonable excuse.
Guild Activity There is nothing more sad than a guild with its members not playing with each other. What would be the point of being in the same guild if there is no teamwork and cooperation? Therefore, it is vital to expect all your guild members to team and play together for a majority of the time. Members are also obligated to attend as many scheduled guild events and tasks. Guild events takes a lot of time and planning. The least your members can do is show up. Those who display a pattern of guild inactivity should be warned or kicked. An option used by some consist of tracking member activity by designated "raid points" or "badges" for each event.

Member obligations to the guild helps set the standard. The more our members follow the rules and expectations, the more organized and the more attractive our guild will appear to the new recruits.
Misconduct and inappropriate behavior will impact negatively on the guild as a whole. Therefore, I stress proper conduct among all members of this guild. I will not hesitate to kick misbehaving members.
Cursing There is no place for cursing in any guild. Sure we all slip a curse when we get killed or are frustrated but when it becomes excessive or frequent, the member should be warned or kicked. Improper etiquette only brings a negative and hostile atmosphere to the guild environment and should be avoided. Cursing should never be seen on any community or global chat. Furthermore, many of your older members may have children near by or watching. My recommendations are to keep it PG13 in a group setting and anything goes in private.
Foul Play Members who actively perform activity for the sole purpose to ruining another's gaming fun should be warned or kicked. Such activities such as monster pulling, teleporting one to a hazardous zone,camping a spawning area in PvP, and cheating have no role in an MMORPG guild setting. This type of foul play only brings a negative impact to the hard work you put forth to your guild.
Stalking/Sexual Harassment/Misconduct of Sexual Nature Members who engage in any harassment behavior of a sexual nature should be kicked out immediately. Your MMORPG guild has no room for any predators, perverts or stalkers of any nature. Not only does it negatively impact on your guild public image and reputation, it also will cause an increase number of member departures from your guild if this type of behavior is tolerated. I will be firm with this rule. I will speak to anyone misbehaving in this particular aspect and to deal with the matter privately and swiftly before it becomes a big issue.
