與其現在現有的三圖示, 我認為我們應該要讓它變的更多元化 instaed of the current 3 symbols, I'd think that we should try to expand them to make it more reasonable.

No: Skill Has been updated in game, yet no new translation has been submitted. 技能被更新可是還沒有人提供新翻譯
Quest: A translation has been submitted. 已繳交一份翻譯
No: Translation has been submitted, but was rejected. 翻譯被拒絕, 需要新翻譯
Repeatable quest: A revised translation has been submitted. 一個被更新的翻譯已繳交需要審核
Yes: Submitted and/or is most up-to-date. 已回報或是已經是最新版.

The additional icons could work, though whether we wish to use icons that already have well known meanings on the wiki is something I'm not sure of. I do think we should talk about how to sustain the localization project to encompass upcoming skill updates. I know the tracking pages are not perfect for this purpose as they are, however I think they are a good start. I propose adding a column for the date submitted. Then as new skill updates roll out, the members of the project can cross reference the updates and the tracking pages, and use whichever icon is chosen to represent that the skill needs to be updated. This way the community will know which skills currently need translations. Then when the translation is accepted/submitted, the new submission date could be listed. It will give us (the community) a way to track that the translations are keeping up with the in game changes. -- Wyn User Wynthyst sig icon2.png talk 09:07, 30 September 2009 (UTC)
Ok, after thinking this out, I don't see a need to add the additional icons here though I would like to change it around a little.
No: Skill Has been updated in game, needs a new translation.
No: No translation needed.
Yes: New translation accepted and include the date (mo/yr).
I don't think it's necessary to break it down on the tracking pages as far. That would simply mean additional steps. I think you guys are doing most of the work on the feedback page, so all the intermediate steps would work there fine, but these tracking pages are for a quick reference to use when skill updates occur. Using the No to indicate which need translations, will make it very visible at a glance as the red stands out. Once this initial effort is completed, it's just a matter of someone from the project team to come here and mark which skills have been updated and need new translations, and then to mark them accepted once the translations are complete. -- Wyn User Wynthyst sig icon2.png talk 10:52, 1 October 2009 (UTC)
I could make up some new icons or find some with a GNU license or in public domain, so that we don't need to recycle icons that already mean things. I don't know Chinese, though, so unless you provide me a character to turn into an icon, I can't make anything with it. Also, am baed at arts :< —Jette User Jette awesome.png 10:57, 1 October 2009 (UTC)
Thanks for the offer Jette, I don't see it as being that necessary though to create a new set of icons at least for the tracking pages. Coming up with a set for the translation feedback pages, might be cool though. I don't think they need to specifically be in Chinese though since they could potentially be used for future localization projects. -- Wyn User Wynthyst sig icon2.png talk 11:34, 1 October 2009 (UTC)
I could if you like. Just tell me what the icons need to represent and I'll come up with something vague and awkward. —Jette User Jette awesome.png 11:40, 1 October 2009 (UTC)
