Just some things:[edit]
- Is there any reason why the guideline says to manually input the skill's description rather than using the skill infobox entries?
- Concise descriptions- yes or no? Pre-concise description skill history?
I've been using the Mystic Regeneration/Skill history as an example, and so there's a bit of confliction between the two. ~Celestia 09:10, 1 March 2010 (UTC)
- Also linking. First instance per skill revision, or first instance per page? ~Celestia 09:33, 1 March 2010 (UTC)
As of late 2012, for any other user who might be interested to join this Project:
- Skill descriptions don't need to be manually input, just copy and paste the {{skill infobox}} from the main article.
- Do copy the concises description as well if it has one, but no need to add one if the main article doesn't have it yet. Since this feature was incorporated later, but I expect all skill pages to be updated, although some could still be missing.
- Link all Updates as described in the Project's main page. Yoshida Keiji (talk) 01:37, 15 September 2012 (UTC)
Since the soft-reboot of the project in June, 2015:
- Concise descriptions did not exist prior to the March 13, 2008 game update.
- Any skill changes prior to this date should therefore not have a concise description. When copying existing skill infoboxes, remember to remove the line accordingly.
- While technically not a change to the functionality of the skill, the addition of concise descriptions makes for a valid entry in any skill history article.
- Where possible, include any changes to the phrasing of skill effects.
- When editing skill history articles, consider every individual change as a separate article. Apply internal links accordingly.
- Always include the most recent change to a skill.
