Factual errors

1. Sysops do not maintain the tools. Anet's IT staff does that. Sysops do not have server access. 2. Sysops do not have duties. They have extra abilities, which they can choose to use, much that same as normal users have no duty to edit articles, but can choose to do so. Backsword 18:12, 17 July 2009 (UTC)
