im sorry to say marcus but ur guild and alliance is a tad immature. i have run into being called deragatory terms for gay so much that i left. your guild, its alliance and ur alliance's rules make gay people at risk for descrimination because there are no rules saying that u cant make an anti-gay comment. u did however kick 1 person for making diragatory comments directly at me in guild chat, but your officers do not know to do the same. as the leader guild in the alliance and as the leader of that guild u are not putting your foot down enuf to make a difference. the 5 days i was in your guild, there was a fight in your alliance that made at least 5 people total leave every night. i sincerly hope that you fix this issue Werepyre 10:26, 6 September 2010 (UTC)Kyle

8th AC rule, point 4 states "Discussions that should be avoided: Sexual orientation". Everyone knows that if there are such problems as you described, I just need to be informed and the appropriate measures (kick member, kick guild, demote officer, kick officer, the list can continue) will be taken, As you saw, I have no remorse letting a member go if he/she fails to obey the rules all the Guild Leaders agreed upon. I doubt there were unresolved issues of any kind after I was informed about their existence. All in a nutshell,I should have received names and guild tags from you or screenies with members caught disobeying the rules and after a short talk with their GL, they would have been removed.
