The Healing Spring is a waterfall in the southwest corner of Regent Valley, near the exit to Wizard's Folly.

This is the place where you can turn the Hunter's Horn into a Purified Hunter's Horn as part of the quest The Hunter's Horn.

Anomaly.Unlike the healing waters of the Maguuma jungle or the Statue of Melandru due north, the Healing Spring in Regent Valley doesn't actually possess healing properties in-game, only in the lore.
