Just now I wasn't paying attention, but Lady Mesmer near the Acting stage gave me the quest reward for this. Didn't notice what she said or what I got, but the stuff and the quest was gone.

Yes, you can alternatively complete the quest by talking to Althea after getting one of the items. It's in the article. Capcom 17:22, 14 July 2007 (UTC)

Incorrect

The page says:

Objectives

• Find the perfect gift for Lady Althea. It must be something beautiful.
• Give the Beautiful Feather and Beautiful Pearl to Captain Osric first.
• Give the Beautiful Feather to Captain Osric last.
• Return to Captain Osric for your reward.

It says beautiful feather twice, and no Beautiful Pendant...

I corrected the link of the feather, and I also don't think the order in which you give the items matters much.Sjeng 10:31, 3 November 2008 (UTC)

Just tried it out, and the Pendant will disappear from your inventory if you give the feather first, then the pearl. Those two will complete the quest, and you can accept the reward from Osric. He won't ask for the Pendant, but it's still gone.Sjeng 10:47, 3 November 2008 (UTC)

You must be level 8.

I do belive y ou hav eot be level 8or higher to gain this quest.

Bug?

It seems when the quest "Charr at the Gate" is active, none of the "beautiful" items spawn in Lakeside County. No feather, pearl, or chest with pendant. Is this worth noting on the page? Tribbles 16:45, 4 November 2011 (UTC)
