Notes[edit]

"Quest was offered on the 24th..." Does that really need to be noted? It'll repeat eventually. Are we going to list every date it shows up?-- User Vanguard VanguardLogo.pnganguard 16:29, 3 May 2009 (UTC)

I think that it's only there to state when it was first offered. That could be somewhat relevent. Maybe it should be changed to "This quest was first offered on April 24". But I guess the secound part could be ommited.Patrickzorf 17:53, 4 May 2009 (UTC)

Bug?[edit]

Does this one update whether you win or lose too? I don't think I won 6. :S - Bex User BeXoR sig.gif 09:56, 5 May 2009 (UTC)

I aquired the quest around 11pm eastern knowing that I might be able to attempt some before midnight knowing it won't be available for another week. I lost 2 but won 1. With the one win I aquire the bonus with winning with more then 200 points. Went to bed and later that morning I played some before work and won 1 but it did not count as the second win? The quest is still in my list. Eligos 05:16, 8 May 2009 (UTC)

Rewards[edit]

The rewards don't make any sense now, that the combat quests are repeatable. For both bonuses you get 175 zoins and have to win 6 matches. But if you win the same amount of matches and take the reward every two wins you get 225 zoins (I never won a match below 200 points) and 200% more gold and faction. Imo the first bonus is way to easy. It's harder not to get it, than to get it. The german translation is a bit unclear imo. It's still relativly easy to get it though. -Khan Reaper Kerensky 19:49, 8 May 2009 (UTC)

No one realy does the last bonus, unless its leftover- when they can't get it back again. ~Nelson(n122333)User N122333 sig image.jpg 00:15, 2 August 2011 (UTC)

Bug or Note: 501 to 301 win doesn't give bonus[edit]

I just won a match 501 to 301 at the buzzer. Either you need to win by more than 200 points (bug) or you actually need to win with your opponent having 300 or fewer points (note), or points past 500 don't count (note). We need data from a resign and a 500-300 victory to figure out which it is. 24.21.134.171 20:03, 21 May 2009 (UTC)

Would be a bug in any case, as that differes from the log. Hard to test though. Backsword 20:12, 21 May 2009 (UTC)
You win @ 500 points so any xtra points over that dont count toward the match. If they have more than 300 points then you didn't win by 200 so no bonus.Talk page Drogo Boffin 20:18, 21 May 2009 (UTC)
I just had a match that ended 500 to 300, and credit was not given for bonus... the wording should be changed or credit should be given for doing what the quest states "...by at least 200 points." That's just my opinion though. Mswheele 18:41, 24 May 2009 (UTC)
narf darf that's just my opinion though SO WHY BOTHER POSTING IF YOU ARE NOT CONFIDENT IN YOURSELF? LOL?! Vael Victus Pancakes. 14:38, 4 August 2009 (UTC)
I won from a resign (I believe the Luxon side had the "only two teams load instead of three" problem) and got credit for the +200 point victory; this made sense because our total went straight to 500 or 507 (all points held) when they resigned, while they had around 100 (and certainly less than 300). --Morgana1 03:55, 26 June 2009 (UTC)

(Reset indent) So, what about a note on the page that says, to win by 200 points, you opponent must have less than 301 points, since your team's maximum possible score is 500 (as that triggers that match's end)?   — Tennessee Ernie Ford (TEF) 04:34, 5 August 2009 (UTC)

Bug[edit]

Both sides[edit]

If you win the first battle on the kurzick side, and then the second on the luxon side (or the other way around) does this quest still update?

Yes --Silven 07:27, 23 April 2010 (UTC)
