Question to ease up my confusion lol

I have a question. Has anyone ever heard or seen a Vampiric Crenellated sword with 15% damage, Health regen -1, Life Draining +3 Health Regen - 1? What is this a double vamp weapon? I have never seen nor have I heard of this...

This is rather late, but weapons do rarely drop with an inherent -1 health regen/+15% damage modifier as listed here. These can be upgraded with a vampiric mod to make a "dual vamp" weapon for suicide purposes. --Irgendwer 14:28, 26 March 2010 (UTC)
