Talk:Damage type
typeless dmg[edit]
shouldn't there be an article titled "Typeless damage" which lists armor ignoring dmg thats not shadow dmg? --VVong|BA 21:54, 8 July 2008 (UTC)
Damage Type Stacking[edit]
If you have multiple effects that determine damage type, which takes precedence? For example, a dervish wielding a fiery scythe casts Avatar of Grenth and Heart of Holy Flame. What type of damage does he deal?Zalaeth 20:48, 31 August 2009 (UTC)
- My guess would be the most recently applied type of damage (starts as fire, Avvie of grenth turns it to Cold, Heart of holy turns cold into holy.) But I haven't tested this at all,So don't take my word for it. Its just a guess. personn5 20:51, 31 August 2009 (UTC)
Monster armour tables[edit]
Scattered around the wiki are monsters which have oddball armour ratings that would not be predicted by their level and profession, such as the Snow Wurms that AL 140 versus physical, 110 versus elemental, but would be predicted to have 110/80 in Normal Mode (lvl 20, Warrior). The tables, however, do not show non-physical, non-elemental damage types like chaos and dark that can be done by some weapons and armour-respecting skills.
Which AL do these damage types use if they respect armour? Cynique 12:13, 28 September 2011 (UTC)
